The name is available as long as it isn't already incorporated, so if someone has it registered as a trade name you can proceed. We will do a pre-search to determine this.

You cannot have an exact match of an incorporated name or use a name that already been reserved by NUANS® for 90 days.

We will outline all the steps but it is very straightforward, and we include an addressed envelope. You will sign, enclose payment of the government fee, and mail.
