We are able to update your changes to your corporation electronically. Once the changes have been filed and are published we will email you a PDF of the revised file with the Registraire des Entreprises.

All businesses registered in Québec must provide a PDF copy of an identity document for each director (valid passport, health card or driver's license). This applies to BOTH elected and resigning directors.
