Q: How safe is it to buy online through our website?

IncorpDirect Inc. uses PayPal, a worldwide Internet Payments Solutions provider to accept online credit card payments. IncorpDirect Inc does not store or process any of your credit card details.

Upon completion of the transaction, you are returned back to the IncorpDirect website. PayPal encrypts all your personal information & credit card details on an industry standard secure 256-bit SSL connection.

SSL Encryption – You enter in all your personally identifiable information on an SSL page and when that information is generated in My Account, it is also displayed on an SSL page. In order for you to access that information, you have to enter in your username and password. We suggest that you guard your password carefully and not write it down or tell anyone what it is. As the password you choose must be alphanumeric with a minimum character length, it makes it harder for a hacker to obtain unauthorized access to your information.
