Notice of Change

If you are incorporated and have moved your head office, elected or resigned directors and/or officers, you need to update this information to the appropriate government body.

Corporations must complete and submit a Notice of Change within after any change takes place (for example; when a corporation changes its address, directors or officers).

We can file most of these updates electronically so that you know with certainty that your changes have been processed.

Please note that if you are a Federal corporation with a Québec head office you must select the Federal (Qc) option, likewise if you are a Federal corporation with an Ontario head office you must select a Federal (On) option.
The Federal Notice of Change without provincial jurisdiction is for all other provinces as we can only file the Federal changes.
