Amendment – Articles of Incorporation

Changes can be made to the classes of shares, the restrictions on share transfers, restrictions on the business of the corporation or any other provisions that are permitted by the government to be set out in the articles.

Clearly indicate whether the amendment is to add or remove a provision in the existing articles. Please attach a file with all required information.
