Annual Meeting Resolution – Ontario

Annual maintenance is required by each Corporation and is conducted by the directors and shareholders of the Corporation.  Every corporation should have a corporate record book (minute book), and in order to keep the minute book up to date an Annual Meeting resolution is required at the Corporation’s financial year end, on an annual basis.
