Certificate of Attestation

Requesting a Certificat d’attestation (Certificate of Attestation) from the Registraire des entreprises confirms the status of an enterprise’s registration. Such a certificate indicates the date the enterprise was registered, or that the enterprise was never registered or that its registration has been cancelled. If the enterprise is registered, it also indicates whether the enterprise:
• Has failed to file one or more annual updating declarations
• Has failed to comply with a request from the Registraire des entreprises
• Is in the process of dissolution
