Certificate of compliance – Federal corporation

For corporations incorporated under the Canada Business Corporation Act (CBCA)

A Certificate of Compliance certifies that, on the date of issuance, the corporation:

• exists
• has filed the required Annual Return
• has paid all required fees

The Certificate of Compliance will bear the date that the certificate is issued.
