New requirements
As of March 31, 2023, businesses must  provide a PDF copy of an identity document for each director (passport, health card or driver’s license)
An email address will be provided within the application to send us the required documentation.

If you are incorporated in a jurisdiction other than Quebec but will have an address in Quebec, you must complete the registration (immatriculation) of your company.

Once filed with the Registraire des Entreprises your corporation will be issued a Numéro d’entreprise du Québec.

Most financial institutions will insist on having your NEQ in order to open a corporate bank account.

Regular service is 2-7 business days but can vary based government volumes. Express service (24-48h) is available at additional cost.
