Federal Amendment (Name change)

A NUANS® name search is required before filing the appropriate government forms.

Once the name change has been approved, Federal corporations must notify their provincial registrar. We can do this for you in Ontario and Québec however a separate application will be required once the Amendment has been finalized.

Federal name changes are normally approved within 24 hours and you will receive your documents electronically.
