Federal Notice of Change (Head Office Outside of Quebec or Ontario)

If your head office is in any province except Quebec or Ontario you should complete this application. With a Federal Notice of Change you can advise Industry Canada of changes to your head office address and/or directors.

If you are in fact changing your address then the provincial registrar will need to be advised.
