Federal Ontario Notice of Change

If your head office is in Ontario this is the correct application.

With your notice of change we will file the changes with both Industry Canada and the Ontario Ministry, therefore there are two separate filings included with your purchase.

Your Federal documents will be sent electronically, however the update with the Ontario Ministry is filed manually for all federal corporations. As such you will not have a record of this update but you will receive a confirmation from the Ontario Ministry by email once it has been completed.
