Federal Notice of Change (Quebec Head Office)

If your head office is in Quebec this is the correct application.

With your notice of change we will file the changes with both Industry Canada and the Registraire des Entreprises, therefore there are two separate filings included with your purchase.

Your Federal documents will be sent electronically, as well as a PDF of your file with the Registraire des Entreprises confirming updates once they have been published.

REQUIRED

All businesses registered in Québec must provide a PDF copy of an identity document for each director (valid passport, health card or driver’s license). This applies to BOTH elected and resigning directors.
