Quebec Amendment (Name change)

If you are incorporated in Québec and wish to change your company name the process is straightforward.

The name must be French and can have an English version if you choose. The English version must be a direct translation of the French name.

A Quebec name search will be completed prior to filing the Amendment with the Quebec registrar.

Quebec amendments can take 4-7 business days depending on volume. This is a guideline.
