Quebec Notice of Change

We are able to update your changes to your corporation electronically. Once the changes have been filed and are published we will email you a PDF of the revised file with the Registraire des Entreprises. The Québec registrar states that it can take 5 business days for updates to be made, however it can also be finalized within hours. We will send your confirmation as soon as your file updates are published.

*You must check each section that you are changing from the options below. We will only change what you have selected. Should you leave off any sections this will require a second notice of change at your expense.*

REQUIRED

All businesses registered in Québec must provide a PDF copy of an identity document for each director (valid passport, health card or driver’s license). This applies to BOTH elected and resigning directors.
