A share transfer agreement is required for a transfer of shares between shareholders of a Corporation. This document will record the information for each of the shareholders involved in the transfer as well as the number of shares being transferred and the date of said transfer. The compensation received for the transfer can be provided as well or left blank.
If other information is changing for your corporation, such as head office address, director information, and you have not yet advised the government you may do so as well by selecting the notice of change option on the home page within the Maintain your Business tab.
We will provide the share transfer agreement to you by email in 1-2 business days so that you can print and have signed so that your company records are up to date.
If purchased, resolutions for share transfer will be sent by email and the share certificate will be sent by Canada Post.
