I have used Incorpdirect to conduct a company name search on a provincial and federal level and obtain company registration. My experience using their services was excellent. The name search turned around was seem less. Their level of professionalism, customer support and efficiency is great. I would likely use their services again and recommend them to others.

I recommend IncorpDirect for those out there whose first language is not French and who don’t have several hours to sit at their computer to try to figure out how to register for a Quebec business number, which was my case. Their website is clear, clean and easy to use. However, I had some technical difficulties and couldn’t “check out.” I called and they were quick to respond. When the employee tried but could not help me she handed the call to Bill, the owner of the company. Bill got on the line and we walked through the process together—during which he discovered an unrelated mistake I had made and corrected it. Anyway, in no time the problem was resolved. Bill actually made the whole thing kind of fun. We had a few good laughs, and believe me, I needed to laugh at that point! Hats off to IncorpDirect.
PS— all this took place yesterday and I received my business number today. Not bad at all!

WOW ! Excellent service et ultra rapide. Avoir su que c'était aussi simple, j'aurais utiliser les services d'IncorpDirect bien avant. En plus, lorsqu'on appelle, on n'est pas soumis à un système de réponse vocale avec un menu à n'en plus finir. Ce sont des vraies personnes qui répondent immédiatement au téléphone. Un service quasi inexistant de nos jours. Bravo et merci!
